Saint-Péray is a tiny all-white grape appellation in the shadow of the famed Northern Rhône village of Cornas. A 50-50 blend of Marsanne and Roussanne, this is an exquisitely rich and opulent white with exotic aromas of poached quince, apricot, pink grapefruit and roasted nuts.
