Markovitis Xinomavro 1997
A back vintage of one of the best and most historic examples of Xinomavro produced in Naoussa.
Still a bit of dark fruit, plenty of black olives, brine, sun-dried tomato and dried lavender, a long savoury finish and balancing acidity. With 24 years to mature, there's also plenty of earthy, leathery notes. Sublime.
