Though originally from Burgundy, Marthe Henry Boillot spent most of her life working as a journalist in Paris before returning home in 2013. After studying winemaking at Le Viti in Beaune and gaining practical experience at Domaine Rougeot in Meursault, Marthe set up on her own in 2017, taking over the small cellar in Meursault of her esteemed winemaking grandfather Pierre Boillot.

This is Marthe's Fleurie made from whole-bunch organic Gamay grapes, spontanenously fermented and aged for 18 months in barrel. Notes of wild black and red berries, crunchy blueberries and fragrant violets are lifted by an intense purity and spiced pencil shavings. Precise and refined cru Beaujolais at it's best.
