Mas Coutelou was one of the first estates to be receive organic certification in France back in 1987 and has since gone on to become one of the foremost natural wine producers in the Languedoc. Just over half of the the land is planted with vines, with the rest given over to olive, almond and fig trees.

Le Vin des Amis is a heady, savoury blend of hand-harvested Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah fermented with native yeasts and bottled without fining, filtration or sulphur. Silky red fruit (strawberry, raspberry) with forest floor and game notes adding complexity.
