Masumi Okuden Kantsukuri Junmai Sake (300ml)
Masumi is one of the great historical brewers of the sake, founded in the town of Suwa in Nagano in 1662. In the 1940s they even discovered a new yeast strain - Nanago - which is now used by over half the sake breweries in Japan.
Okuden Kantsukuri is a Junmai style sake brewed with Miyamanishiki and Hitogokochi rice. It's dry and aromatic with notes of pear, red berries and plenty of citrus.
