A beautiful English rosato from Mayland made from a single parcel of vines in Somerset - only 500 bottles were produced. 80% Pinot Meunier with 5% each of Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Johanniter, all whole bunches with semi-carbonic maceration in stainless steel followed by native yeast fermentation and ageing on the lees for 11 months before bottling.

A deep, copper inflected hue with an intense burst of citrus, cranberry, hedgerow and spice aromas. Delightful!
