Michel Gonet's family have been growing grapes and producing wine in the Côtes des Blancs village of Avize since 1802. Typical for a domaine based in the heart of the Côtes des Blancs, Michel grows primarily Chardonnay (80%) with the rest Pinot Noir.

The 3 Terroirs Blanc de Blancs is an extra brut Champagne made from Chardonnay that spends 5 years ageing on the lees. Elegant and racy with citrus, apple and pear aromas rounded out by hazelnut and toast from the long lees ageing with a delightfully full and creamy mouthfeel.
