Mont de Marie is the domaine of Thierry Forestier who swapped a life as an IT consultant to take up winemaking in Souvignargues, a small village about 20km from Nimes where he has 12 hectares of organic vines.

His Salve Ager is a zero sulphur blend of Grenanche and Cinsault, macerated on skins for just 4 days before pressing off to age in concrete for 6 months. Wonderfully juicy and vibrant with wild strawberry, cranberry and raspberry liquorice aromas.
