Muri is the no and low alcohol Copenhagen project of a former Emperical Spirits distiller and Noma Alumni aiming to produce serious, discerning wine alternatives.
Their red, Beaujolais-esque Nuala is made from fermented blackcurrants, chamomile kefir, pine, fig-leaf kvass and oak kombucha. It's complex, juicy and fresh but with real poise. Aromas of red berries are met with a hint of forest, a slight tartness and a layered palate with gentle tannins.
