Muri is the no and low alcohol Copenhagen project of a former Emperical Spirits distiller and Noma Alumni aiming to produce serious, discerning wine alternatives.Passing Clouds is their sparkling wine alternative made from fermented white currants, quince kefir and jasmine tea, finished with geranium and woodruff kvass. Fizzy and refreshing with bright acidity and a heady nose of flowers, honey and ripe fruits. Passing Clouds is dry but with multiple dimensions of flavours and a vinous funkiness.
