Muri is the no and low alcohol Copenhagen project of a former Emperical Spirits distiller and Noma Alumni aiming to produce serious, discerning wine alternatives.

Yamilé is a sparkling rosé style blend of carbonic raspberry and gooseberry mead, smoked lacto rhubarb, goldenrod and pink peppercorn kefir. Expect soft red fruits and creamy smokiness, with lovely red fruit flavours and even a touch of vinous funkiness.
