Mylonas is a small, family-run estate located in Keratea within the Attica region of Central Greece. This is their gorgeous Assyrtiko that was fermented in stainless steel tanks before ageing on fine lees for several months to build texture without losing freshness. An expressive nose of lime, grapefruit, white peach, white flowers, and subtle crushed-rocks. Crisp, vibrant, and bone-dry on the palate with high natural acidity, medium body, a textured mouthfeel from lees contact, and a long, salty finish.
