Vincent Marie of No control has 6 hectares of vines in the volcanic soils of Auvergne where he set up in 2013 after stints in Alsace with legendary natural winemakers  Bruno Schueller and Patrick Meyer.

Sigma is a blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay from the Auvergne with Gewürztraminer and Sylvaner from his old stomping ground of Alsace. The white grapes are pressed direct and the Pinot and Gamay are infused whole bunch in the juice for around a week. Bright, aromatic and lively, this is delicious chilled, bursting with bright pink fruit.
