Offbeat is the West Country based winemaking project of Daniel Ham which began in 2018. Daniel works as naturally as possible with hybrid varieties suited to the English climate, ferments are wild and little if any sulphur is used. Production is small with only 2,000 bottles of each cuvée made.

Magic Number is a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Blanc from both 2021 and 2022 vintages grown in clay soils, spontaneously fermented in and aged in neutral oak barrels. A detailed, pretty red with complexity, length and substance. Bright with fruit, and elegant acidity.
