The Pathfinder is a hemp-based drink that’s been fermented and distilled, resulting in a liquid that captures the bold flavours and aromatic qualities reminiscent of traditional spirits.

The resulting liquid is skillfully combined with a captivating blend of wormwood, angelica root, ginger, sage, juniper, saffron, orange peel, and hand-gathered Douglas-fir, along with natural terpenes. 

We find The Pathfinder works as a brilliant alcohol-free vermouth or amaro; mix it with some soda and serve on ice to enjoy the flavour. Alternatively, use one of the recipes below.

The Pathfinder Spritz:
Mix 2 oz The Pathfinder with ½ oz lemon juice, top with seltzer and a lemon slice garnish. Serve over ice in a Collins glass.

The Pathfinder Alcohol-Free Old Fashioned:
Mix 2 oz The Pathfinder with ½ oz demerara syrup, 4 dashes of aromatic bitters garnish with orange peel and serve on the rocks in an Old Fashioned glass.
