Patrick Bouju is one the stars of natural winemaking in the Auvergne where he has be crafting wines with great energy and finesse since 2004. As is the norm here, Patrick's vines grow in the dark basalt soils that reflect the volcanic history of the region.
Môl is a blend of Syrah, Gamay, Grenache and Cinsault made without sulphur. A beguiling wine with plenty of funkiness backed up with lively, crunchy fruit, ashy mineralty and great texture.
