Lori Haon of Petit Oratoire is a young winemaker with 15 hectares of vines in the Gard, where he settled after learning his trade with stints in Burgundy, Alsace and Champagne. He works organically in the vineyard and follows up with a minimal intervention approach in the cellar, avoiding sulphur or other additions.

This is Lori's juicy and generous blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Carignan packed with ripe raspberries, strawberries, sweet spice and roasted herbs.
