Frappato from vines planted on calcareous and clay soils facing south 480m above sea level. Grapes are hand-harvested by hand and, destemmed, pressed and fermented on the skins for several days before ageing in oak barrels for at least 12 months. It's light and fragrant with red fruit and balsamic notes on the palate.
