Domaine Pierre Frick is a legendary name in Alsace. Led by Jean-Pierre, Chantal, and Thomas Frick, this estate is globally revered as an absolute pioneer of the natural and biodynamic wine movements. They have been farming organically since 1970 and certified biodynamic (Demeter) since 1981.

This is the Riesling made with spontaneous fermentation using only indigenous yeasts, long ageing in ancient, large oak foudres, and bottled without added sulphur. It has a gorgeous pale straw colour with an evolving nose of flint, citrus zest, green apples, and subtle petroleum or matchstick notes. It is bone-dry, slender, and incredibly mineral.
