Rabasco Cancelli Rosato
Rabasco is a small family-owned estate in northern Abruzzo, about 40 kilometres in from the Adriatic Coast. The vines are almost all Montepulciano that were planted over 40 years ago and have never been treated with herbicides or pesticides.
The Cancelli rosato is made from handpicked, spontaneously fermented Montepulciano vinified without filtration or sulphur. Wonderfully fresh and crunchy with wild strawberry and cherry aromas and a good lick of lemon acidity.
