Raphael Monnier’s Ratapoil wines are some of the most sought after in Jura and there's never enough to go around, in part because the treacherous growing conditions in Jura mean Raphael regularly loses much of his crop to frost and hail.

A blend of Poulsard, Trousseau and Pinot Noir, which were hand destemmed and left for a short 15 day carbonic maceration before being pressed into stainless steel. An incredibly energetic wine with brambly fruit and sour cherry at the fore and a long savoury finish.
