Skyborry Ultralight Beam Perry
Adam and Dani Davies of Skyborry make cider and perry in a small shed tucked away in the Teme Valley near Knighton, Powys. All the fruit is hand harvested from trees around 60-80 years old in orchards around the Wye Valley. Ferments with native yeasts are long and slow and they bottle without fining, filtration, sulphur or other additions.
Ultralight Beam is naturally sparkling perry from pears grown in Wales, Herefordshire and Shropshire, it's ripe and persistent with a touch of residual sweetness and hints of spice and citrus alongside the pear.
