Sohomare is a sake brewery established in Tochigi prefecture in 1872. Since the very beginning they have pioneered a long and slow fermentation process for all their sakes known as the kimoto method which gives greater depth and complexity to the finished sake.
Karakuchi is a dry Junmai style sake made from Yamadanishiki rice. It's lean and crisp with pure citrus, apple and white flower aromas. Surprisingly powerful on the palate with more apple and touches of spice and earth.
