Starvecrow Natural Cyder
Starvecrow is the Sussex cider project of Ben Walgate of Tillingham wines. This is his 2019 natural cider made from a blend of Braeburn, Jonagold, Bramley, Goldens from 65 year old orchards fermented in whisky barrels. Bottled without filtration or sulphur, it has a funky wild yeast nose and a dry, fresh palate of apple and lemon with smoky whisky cask on the finish.
