Tanca els Ulls is the project of winemaker Francesc Boronat situated in the village of Nulles southwest of Barcelona. His aim is to valorise indigenous varieties as Cartoixa and Macabeu to produce saline, mineral wines with a sense of place and character. 

This is his superb value Macabeu, textured and invigorating with pithy grapefruit, spice and chalky mineral notes.
