Sophie and Thierry Chardon of L'Aumonier have been based in Touraine since 1996, working with the Sauvignon Blanc the area is famed for as well as Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Côt (Malbec), Gamay and Cabernet Franc. Farming has been organic since 2006 and biodynamic since 2021 with the soil a mixture of the argile and silex.

The Touraine Rosé is made from a blend of Gamay and Cabernet Franc. A breezy, thirst-quenching organic rosé with fragrant aromas of citrus blossom, strawberry, cherry and a touch of spice.
