Testalonga is one of the stars of South African natural winemaking who together with Johan Meyer (Mother Rock) and Jurgen Gouws (Intellego) has built a movement from the ground up in Swartland.

I Am The Ninja is a ripe and juicy pét-nat made without sulphur from old Chenin Blanc bush vines. Searing citrus and green apple fruit overlaid with wild herbs (thyme, rosemary) and a rewarding creaminess to the palate.
