Crisp and energetic Assyrtiko from high altitude vineyards in the Peloponnese. Saline, crushed-rock mineral notes combine with aromas of fresh citrus and white peach. Very pale in colour with vibrant, high natural acidity and a firm citrus core. It finishes with a classically mouth-watering Assyrtiko salinity.
