Tillingham Pinot Noir (Unoaked)
Grapes: Pinot Noir
Tillingham is the brainchild of winemaker Ben Walgate who crafts natural wines from his 70 acre farm near Rye in East Sussex.
This is one half of Tillingham's new flagship Pinot Noir, made from grapes harvested in Crouch Valley, Essex. Inspired by Savoie and Jura reds, this is wild and lively. Vibrant Ploussard-red in appearance. Strawberries and flint with a bunchy character on the nose. Juicy and fruit-forward on the palate.
