Tomas Torres Terricola Negre

Vicent Torres of Tomas Torres has been making wine in the mountains above Valencia for 20 years, always working without herbicides, pesticides, fining or filtration. He currently has about 25 hectares of vines that are divided into small plots, with the soil a type of fresh white soil called 'albaris'.
Tericola Negre is an intense and spicy blend of Tempranillo and Syrah packed with juicy raspberries and strawberries from the former and darker, lightly baked plum and blackcurrant from the latter. Long with medium tannins on the palate and a hint of wild herbs added freshness.
