Vicent Torres of Tomas Torres has been making wine in the mountains above Valencia for 20 years, always working without herbicides, pesticides, fining or filtration. He currently has about 25 hectares of vines that are divided into small plots, with the soil a type of fresh white soil called 'albaris'.
Terricola Blanco is a blend of 2 Valencia rarities, Tardana and Tortosi with 8 days on skins in stainless steel. A striking coppery pink in colour, it's super mineral with salty, tangy grapefruit and green apples and a lightly nutty, spicy character on the finish.
