Valdibella is an anti-Mafia cooperative formed in 1998 by ten organic farms operating in Camporeale, a Sicilian village in the province of Palermo. They are committed to organic farming, respecting nature, and biodiversity protection. In the vineyard they have adopted farming methods that guarantee high quality: bush vines, low yields, pruning, as well as integration with other typical crops, olive, almond, fig, close to natural areas, small forests and ponds. Their winemaking is low-intervention in both the vineyard and in the cellar, working without the use of chemical additives and little to no sulphur.

Made by the Solano family, Isolano is a rare white wine made from Catarratto Extra Lucido, a little known mutation of Catarratto with thinner, almost translucent skins. Undergoing 10-12 days maceration the wine is well balanced and precise with medium body and a slightly oily texture. It's delicate and layered on the palate with floral, zesty and nutty aromas.
