Valentina Passalacqua's Calcarius project makes natural, terroir driven wines from small plots of vines in the Gargano National Park characterised by calcium and magnesium rich calcareous soil.

Frecciabomb is Valentina's crunchy, herbal rosato pet-nat made from Nero di Troia grapes. Packed with vibrant red cherry and wild strawberries, and infinitely crushable at only 10.5% ABV.
