Valentina Passalacqua Calcarius Nu Litr Bianco
Valentina Passalacqua's Calcarius Nu Litr are wines made from small plots in the Gargano National Park characterised by calcium and magnesium rich calcareous soil.
The Bianco is made from 100% Bombino Bianco, vinified with minimal intervention in the winery to let the mineral terroir shine through.
The nose has notes of lemon, orange and pear. In the mouth it has marked acidity typical of Bombino, plenty of salinity and more lemon and a hint of pineapple.
