Vincent Ruiz is a very talented young winemaker who has now taken the reins at Domaine du Gringet (formerly Domaine Belluard) in Savoie. However his roots lie in the Ardèche and Rhône where he learned his craft with famed Cornas vigneron Franck Balthazar, and that is where the fruit for these sensational micro-négoce wines come from.

Yseult Mon Amour is old vine Syrah from a single plot growing on a clay-limestone plateau at 450m altitude in the south of Ardèche. Vibrant and aromatic with cherry, rose, violet and game aromas. Well-structured but supple on the palate with a fine thread of acidity.
