Yetti & The Kokonut B'Rose

David Geyer and Koen Janssens met in 2015 and set about experimenting with grapes in exciting new ways for their Adelaide Hills natural wine project, Yetti & The Kokonut. Gaining a bigger following across Australia and now beyond with every vintage, we're delighted to have received 3 stellar Yetti wines for the first time.
For their B'rose all (red and white) varieties are fermented separately and aged in seasoned wood. With this wine, it’s less about the varieties but more about achieving a structural yet fruit forward, dry style of rose with a kaleidoscope of plum, fig, lemon, white flowers and a soft vanilla touch in back ground.
