This is a lovely alcohol free blanc de blancs sparkling wine made from Macabeo grapes grown in central Spain. Classy fine, creamy and persistent bubbles with zesty lemon, elderflower, thyme and toast aromas leading to a nicely textured, crisp and dry finish.
